i found the staff helpful they ensured i was comfortable the dinner at the strathearn proved delicious their wine variety impressed me greatly the sommelier provided expert guidance.
my room lacked a view of the grounds this was slightly disappointing
The grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed walking around them.
The pool felt quite cold, unpleasant. There also seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. One of the showers in the changing rooms was out of order for my entire stay. The staff did not seem very proactive in addressing these issues.
the hotel grounds were immaculate and presented a really nice view. i found the staff cute and friendly at all times! the american bar mixed the best cocktails i've tasted, and they were worth every penny!
during my stay, i noticed the hot food at the breakfast buffet was unfortunately lukewarm though the taste was perfect, so that was a shame

The hotel room was excellent. Housekeeping provided amazing service with fresh towels. They also turned down the bed and added extras of a radio, water, and pillow spray. The Strathearn offered an excellent atmosphere and food. The Century Bar staff served perfect drinks that finished off my evening well.
